Railsafe handles the full scope in-house. We engineer to Australian Standards, fabricate at our Warriewood facility, and install with our own crew. Consult
We start with a conversation — understanding your home, your brief and what you’re trying to achieve. Whether you have detailed plans or just an idea, we can work from either. We’ll advise on systems, materials and finishes that suit the space and meet the relevant standards.

Design
Our team produces drawings and specifications aligned to AS 1288:2021, AS 1170.1 and NCC 2022 Vol. 2. For pool fencing, we confirm compliance with applicable barrier requirements. For coastal properties, we specify materials suited to salt air and high-wind environments.

Fabricate
Every component is fabricated in our Warriewood facility. No offshore supply. No third-party manufacturers. Custom sizing, radius work and architectural finishes are handled in-house, which means faster turnaround and tighter quality control on every job.

Install
Our installation crews work across Sydney — from the Northern Beaches to the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and beyond. We manage access, scheduling and any on-site coordination required to get the job done cleanly and on time.

Sign-Off
Every residential install is completed to code and handed over with the documentation you need — whether that’s for a swimming pool compliance certificate, a building inspection, or simply peace of mind that the system is correctly installed and certified.

A clean, unobstructed glass line with no visible posts or framing. Ideal for pool fencing, balconies and terraces where views and aesthetics are the priority. Structural fixings anchor directly to the slab or decking. Laminated safety glass throughout, meeting NCC 2022 and AS 1288:2021 requirements for residential barrier applications.
