Assess
We start with a site inspection and scope assessment across the building or affected areas. We identify the existing system, fall heights, load conditions and any compliance issues — and produce a clear scope of works that gives the strata committee and building manager what they need to proceed.

Engineer
Our team produces full engineering drawings and specifications aligned to AS 1288:2021, AS 1170.1 and NCC 2022 Vol. 2. For remedial work, this includes replacing or upgrading systems that no longer meet current standards — with documentation suitable for your certifier and strata records.

Fabricate
Every component is fabricated in our Warriewood facility. No offshore supply. No third-party manufacturers. For remedial programs involving multiple lots or levels, in-house fabrication means we control lead times, tolerances and quality across the full scope.

Install
Our installation crews are experienced in occupied buildings. We work with strata managers to schedule access, communicate with residents and minimise disruption. Staged programs, lot-by-lot sequencing and flexible access arrangements are standard for us — not exceptions.

Certify and Document
Every remedial project is completed with a full close-out pack — engineering certification, inspection records, as-installed documentation and anything required for strata records or building compliance sign-off. We make the handover process straightforward for the strata committee, building manager and certifier.
