How We Deliver New Build Projects

Engage Early
The earlier we’re involved, the better the outcome for the programme. We work from your architectural drawings, consultant specifications or preliminary plans — helping resolve balustrade design, fall heights and material selection at the right stage of the project.

Engineer
Our team produces full engineering drawings and specifications aligned to AS 1288:2021, AS 1170.1 and NCC 2022 Vol. 2. We coordinate directly with your project consultants, structural engineers and architects.

Fabricate
Every component is fabricated at our Warriewood facility. No offshore supply. No third-party manufacturers. In-house fabrication means controlled lead times, tighter tolerances and full material traceability — all Australian Made.

Install
Our crews work across multi-level new build environments including scaffold-access, staged programmes and concurrent trades. We coordinate with your site manager to fit within the programme and minimise conflict with other trades.

Certify & Hand Over
Every project is completed with full compliance documentation — engineering certification, inspection records and an as-installed handover pack that gives your certifier, building surveyor or client everything they need for sign-off.
