How We Deliver Commercial Projects

Assess
We start with a site review and scope assessment. We identify fall heights, load requirements, material suitability and any compliance considerations relevant to the project — before a single drawing is produced.

Engineer
Our team produces full engineering drawings and specifications aligned to AS 1288:2021, AS 1170.1 and NCC 2022 Vol. 2. Where a previous design has been rejected or found non-compliant, we work directly with your consultants to develop a solution that meets the required standard.

Fabricate
Every component is fabricated in our Warriewood facility. No offshore supply. No third-party manufacturers. This means tighter tolerances, faster lead times on custom work, and full traceability on every system we build.

Install
Our installation crews are experienced across multi-level commercial environments, including scaffold-access, staged programmes and resident-occupied buildings. We work to your programme, not around it.

Certify
Every completed project is handed over with full compliance documentation — engineering certification, inspection records and a close-out pack your project team can use for sign-off, strata records or future reference.

A robust and versatile system suited to multi-residential balconies, walkways and common areas. Aluminium post and top rail with laminated safety glass panels. Engineered to AS 1288 and AS 1170 load requirements. Available in a range of powder coat finishes.

A clean architectural finish with no visible framing. The stand-off system uses structural fixings directly into the slab or fascia, delivering an unobstructed glass line that suits premium residential and commercial façades. Designed with laminated glass to meet NCC 2022 requirements at all fall heights.

Railsafe fabricates every component in-house in Warriewood. If something needs to change, we change it — without involving a third party.
