What height do balcony balustrades need to be in NSW?
Under NCC 2022, balustrades on balconies more than 1m above ground must be a minimum of 1000mm high. For commercial buildings, height requirements may be higher depending on fall height and building classification. Railsafe’s engineers specify to the correct standard for your project.
