From First Call to Final Handover — Here's How We Work
Every Railsafe project follows the same structured process — engineered, fabricated and installed by our own team at Warriewood. No outsourced fabrication. No coordination across parties. One team, full accountability.
The Sequence
Five Stages, One Team
1
Initial Consultation & Site Assessment
We start with a conversation about your project — scope, timeline, design preferences and any constraints. For commercial and remedial projects, we follow this with a site visit: fall heights, load requirements, fixing conditions, access, and anything that might affect the specification. Nothing is assumed.

Engineering & Design
Our engineers produce full drawings and specifications to AS 1288:2021, AS 1170.1 and NCC 2022. For projects using RailSpec, compliance is enforced at specification stage — post centres, spans and fixings are validated before any drawing is finalised.

In-House Fabrication
Every component is fabricated at our Warriewood facility in Sydney. Aluminium extrusions, glass panels, hardware and fixings — all manufactured locally to Australian standard. No offshore supply, no third-party fabricators. You deal with the people who build it.

Install
Our own installation crews manage the full install scope. We work to your programme and have experience across multi-residential developments, occupied strata buildings, remedial projects with staged access, and complex residential sites. We don’t subcontract installation.

Compliance Handover
Every completed project is handed over with a full documentation pack: engineering certification, inspection records and compliance sign-off documentation. One document set, ready for building sign-off, strata records, or future reference.

Why In-House Matters
When a supplier outsources fabrication, they outsource accountability. If there’s a problem — a scope change, a compliance issue picked up in engineering review, a tight programme — they’re managing a chain of parties rather than solving it.
